Ingredients
- 2 pc Red Jalapeños
- 2-3 inch Piece of Tofu
- 1/2 pc Steamed Potato
- 4-5 pc Steamed french Beans
- 1/2 pc Steamed carrots
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Mashed Garlic clove
- Salt and chilly flacks
- Thick cashew cream/ ready cashew cheese for top Methodlayer
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180C
- Slit and deseed the jalapeños and keep aside.
- Mix all the ingredients other then the cashew cream/ cheese.
- Fill both the jalapeños with ready mixture and spread the cashew cream on top of it, bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Enjoy the crunch!
