  • Red jalapeño is more nutritional then the green .
  • ️Anti inflammatory 
  • ️Rich in Anti oxidants 
  • ️Capsaicin in jalapeños is good for helping you lose weight


  • 2 pc Red Jalapeños
  • 2-3 inch  Piece of Tofu
  • 1/2 pc Steamed Potato
  • 4-5 pc Steamed french Beans
  • 1/2 pc Steamed carrots
  • 1 tbsp Ginger 
  • 1 tbsp Mashed Garlic clove
  • Salt and chilly flacks 
  • Thick cashew cream/ ready cashew cheese for top Methodlayer 


  • Preheat the oven at 180C
  • Slit and deseed the jalapeños and keep aside. 
  • Mix all the ingredients other then the cashew cream/ cheese.
  • Fill both the jalapeños with ready mixture and spread the cashew cream on top of it, bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Enjoy the crunch!
