Option: If you want to make milk with only cashew, then take 10 pieces of cashews.If you opt for only melon seeds, then take 3tbs of mixed melon seeds.
1-2soakedMajdool dates ( as per taste)
½-1tbspof organic turmeric powder
½-1tbspof cardamom powder
2-3cloves
Asmallpinch of black pepper
1-2tbspsoaked saffron water
1cupof water
Garnishing ( optional)
Addtbspof shelled hempseeds to make it creamier and more nutritional
Instructions
Preparation a night before- Soaking Wash & overnight soak the nut & seeds. Wash & soak the dates in very little water. (As water becomes very sweet, do not throw the water) Soak 10-12 saffron strands in 1/4 cup of water(place in the refrigerator)
Morning - washing & blending Wash the nuts & seeds well. Deseed the dates. Add all the ingredients to a blender (other than the cloves) Blend till you get the creamy texture.
Heating Pour the milk into a pan and heat at a medium/ low flame. Mix well & bring it to a gentle boil. Pour into a mug, and sit in a silent, peaceful place.
