Ingredients

️Ingredients ( 2 soup bowls)
  • 1 medium-size beetroot
  • 3-4 red tomatoes with the skin
  • 1 tbsp onion chopped
  • 15 gm fresh coconut
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 Clove of garlic/ if small then 2
  • Fresh coriander for garnishing
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

Method
  1. Chop the beetroot, tomatoes, carrot & slice the coconut.
  2. Steam them for 10 minutes.
  3. ️Add steamed veggies & water from the steamer to the blender.
  4. Blend till you get the creamy texture liquid.
  5. ️Dry roast the finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic & bay leaf.
  6. ️Pour the blended paste over the roasted mixture, add salt & pepper.
  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot!
