Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Flax seeds
- 2 cups Drinking water
- Blender





Instructions
Method
- Soak the flax seeds in water for 3-4 hrs/ min 30 minutes.
- Heat the pan cook them at low flame until you get the gel-like consistency.
(Almost 10 minutes max)
- Strain the gel.
Use
- Massage on the scalp
- Use as a hair styling gel
- Apply as an anti-wrinkle face mask
Shelf life
- Remain fresh for up to 15 days in the fridge.
- Store it in a glass container once cool down.
