Ingredients

️Ingredients ( 2 soup bowls)
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 4 French beans
  • 1 pcs mushroom
  • Small pieces of Cabbage
  • 1 cm Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1 tbsp chopped Coriander
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinega
  • 1 tbsp chilly sauce
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 1 tbsp  Tapioca powder 

Instructions

Method
  1. Fine chop all the vegetables and keep aside
  2.  Dry roast the ginger and garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add green chilly and rest of the vegetables. Sauté them for 3-4 minutes and stock water
  4. ( vegetable broth)/ water.
  5. Now add salt and pepper.
  6. Vinegar, chilly sauce and soya sauce.
  7. Cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile prepare the tapioca paste.
  9. Take 2 tbs of water and mix tapioca powder  in it and make a smooth paste.
  10. Pour the paste over the boiling soup water and mix well.
  11. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  12. ️Garnish with coriander.
  13. Adjust the salt and pepper.
  14. Serve Hot
