Ingredients

100 grams of chia seeds contain 631 mg of calcium. 

There are two types of chia seeds

  • Black 
  • white
  • Black and white chia seeds has same nutritional values.
How to soak the chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds 
  • 1 1/2 cup drinking water.

  • In a deep container add 1 cup of water and the chia seeds, mix well.

  • Now wait for 30 minutes to an hour.
  • You will get a gelatinous texture.
️Now store it in the fridge, they remain fresh for a week.
Use when you need to add in smoothies/ water/pudding etc.

️Add 1-2 tbs of soaked chia to a glass of water, stir and drink 
️To give your drink some flavor, you can add chopped fruit/ squeeze in a lemon juice/ lime/pineapple/ peach orange
