Ingredients
- 100 gm of sesame has 975mg calcium
- 100 gm of fresh coriander leaves has 67mg of calcium
- 1/2 gm Dry roasted sesame
- 1 cup (30gm) fresh coriander
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Lemon juice as per choice
- 1 Green chilly
- Himalayan Salt as per taste
- 1/2 Cup water to blend


Method
- Just blend every thing with little water.
