Yummy Cashew cheese

Very versatile ️
Pizza cheese️
Sandwich spread️
Salad dressing️
Coleslaw

Ingredients
  

4 Pizza

  • 1-2 cup soaked cashews Or you can mix 2tbs melon seeds to it
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard powder
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Salt and red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Black salt
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 3-4 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and soak the cashews overnight or for 5 hrs In water.
  • If you want to reduce the quantity of nuts, soak 2tbs of melon seeds separately.
  • Peel the garlic and fine chop it.
  • Crush the mustard seeds to make the powder.

Blending

  • Drain and wash the cashews and seeds ( if adding)
  • In a blender add cashew with little water.
  • Blend till you get the creamy texture.
  • Add rest of the ingredients to the cashew cream, blend well till you get the smooth creamy texture again.

Notes

It should be of pourable consistency ️
 
Store in fridge, preferably in the glass container.
It will get thicker by every passing  day.
 
Remains fresh for 3-4 days.
