Second Element of well being ‘ACTIVITY’
Today in the world there are two type of people, first who are ill due to overwork
and others are sick due to under work.
Just use the body to get good HEALTH.
It’s like the old saying: you don’t stop moving from growing old; you grow old from stopping moving.
If you start remaining active the whole day, 80 % of your ailments will disappear. The remaining will go if you eat the right kind of food.
Just keep on moving throughout the day whole day.?♀️?♀️??
Start today with even a small step like, wear your shoes and walk in them inside the house/ step out in your backyard.
Exercise/activity changes the levels of chemicals in your brains, such as serotonin, endorphins & stress hormones, which lifts your mood instantly.
❤️Get up after every 30 minutes & walk/ stretch for a minute.
❤️Start your day by making your bed. It gives you whole body stretch.
❤️ Use stairs instead of lift every day
❤️ Climb the stairs ( 5-10 times) after 1 & 1/2 hrs of eating any principal meal, and you will be amazed to see the results after a few days.
❤️ Plan your activity/yoga/ dance class/pilates/walking in the first half of the day as it works!
