– Eye mask/blindfold

About the Meditation
Osho’s Nadabrahma Meditation is based on an ancient Tibetan practice that has been modified and is designed purely to heal the heart center of the body, relax the mind, regulate emotions, and replenish energy.
This is an excellent meditation for anyone who is unable to participate in any vigorous, rigorous, energetic, or cathartic practice.
As part of our pratice, we hum continuously in first step
Humming causes your entire body’s cells to vibrate, which in turn increases your vitality and strengthens your immune system.
It’s a beautiful method for letting our guard down and finding inner calm. It is also great people who have trouble communicating due to ailments like a sore throat, bronchitis, the chest, or the lungs.
There are studies that demonstrate people who practice the Nadabrahma meditation technique on a daily basis have lessened their symptoms of insomnia and depression!
