Delicious Versatile Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  

Yield:200 gm/ ml/ 7oz

  • 1/2 cup overnight soaked cashew
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 pc garlic clove fine chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Himalayan Salt  or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp drinking water, more if required

Instructions
 

  • Add  all the ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend till you get the creamy paste.
  • Thats it!

Notes

Add water carefully, it should not be a  RUNNY watery liquid, it's a thick creamy paste.
