Ingredients

      ️Sugar free 

        ️Ingredient

        • 2-3 tbsp (1/4cup)brown/any Sesame seeds
        • 2 tbsp (1/4 cup) chopped fresh Coconut 
        • 1-2 date
        • 1 tbsp Cardamom powder 
        • 1/4 or 1/2 cup water

        Method 

          Preparation

          • Wash and soak the sesame seeds overnight 
          • Wash thoroughly and overnight soak the dates in little water.( use this water)

          Blending

          • Add all the ingredients in the blending jar with water, blend un till you get the creamy milk.
          • ⚠add less water as it taste better.
          • blend twice, as with one time blending few seeds sticks to the sides of the jar, push them down and blend again. 
          • Drink them just after blending or heat at slow/ medium heat. 

          Sesame cinnamon milk 

          • 2-3 tbsp (1/4 cup)soaked sesame 
          • 1/2 cup less water 
          • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
          • 1/4 tbsp vanilla powder 
          • A pinch of Himalayan salt 
          • 1-2 soaked dates

          Method 

            Blend every thing together.

              Black sesame latte 

                Ingredients

                • 1-2 tbsp soaked black sesame 
                • 1-2 soaked dates
                • 1/4 tbsp Vanilla powder 
                • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
                • 1/2 cup less water 

                Method 

                • Blend every thing together.
                • If possible twice to get the extra creamy taste. 

                Black sesame Hot chocolate

                  Ingredients

                  • 1-2 tbsp soaked black sesame 
                  • 1-2 soaked dates
                  • 1/4 tbsp Vanilla powder 
                  • 1 tbsp cocoa/ cacao powder 
                  • 1/2 cup or less water 

                  Method 

                  • Blend every thing together, until you get creamy texture.
